Common Questions
What age can my child start?
Junior classes start at age seven; 12+ (including adults) train in Teen & Adult.
Do we need previous experience?
No, beginners are welcome; experienced students are placed at the right level.
What should my child wear?
Comfortable sportswear at first. Official uniform (dobok) info is provided once needed.
Is Taekwondo safe for children?
Yes, structured and supervised with physical contact introduced gradually. Free sparring only from Green Belt with protective gear.
How do students earn belts?
Through formal assessments when they can demonstrate the required skills, not just by attending.
